Objective

The goal of the SonicSole project is to provide educational opportunities and spark an interest in STEM fields for students in historically underfunded areas. This effort has three parts, a free online course introducing students to wearable robotics, a program that allows students to experiment with wearable technology, and internship opportunities for high school students over the summer.

Online Mini-Course

Join us for a six part mini-course designed to engage students and get them learning about wearable robotics and biomechatronics.

SonicSole

SonicSole is an open-source program that allows students to experiment with wearable robotics. All materials required for this program are available through the WRS lab Github or off-the-shelf components. Click the links below to learn more about this interactive lab, including how to bring this program to your school and all the resources students need to complete the program
